Construction has begun on a new 拢70m, 280-apartment residential scheme at MediaCity海角视频.
The build for sale scheme developed by Glenbrook will be located on a former surface car park next to Booths' food store, and is being delivered in partnership with MediaCity海角视频.
It's hoped the project, on behalf of Clarion Housing Group's development arm Latimer, will complete in 2022.
Ian Sherry, director of Glenbrook, said: 鈥淎fter acquiring the site in March this year, the construction contract was fully procured during lockdown. This is reflective of how well the key partners and project team have worked together to get this scheme to site and for us to start our first development with Latimer on such a positive footing.鈥
