Cluttons opens northern office in Manchester as firm bucks lockdown trend

It wants to grow its northern presence from the city hub

Cluttons' new northern hub will be led by partner Charlie Ardern

An international property consultancy business has launched its northern hub in Manchester.

Cluttons said it has bucked the trend in lockdown by launching an office with a team of experts in the city - on King Street.

It will be led by partner Charlie Ardern, who joined the firm from Avison Young following 13 years at Knight Frank.

He will work alongside partner Ryan Jones who also joined from Avison Young’s Manchester office with 17 years’ experience in the local market and leads business rates in the north and empty rates mitigation for Cluttons nationally.

Managing partner James Gray said: “Building our geographical coverage across the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ is a key part of our growth strategy. We are always seeking opportunities to develop our national footprint to support our ambitions for the business and offer clients around the country a full range of services.
