A flexible workspace provider launched by real estate consultancy CBRE is set to open an office in Manchester - its first outside London.

Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE, was launched in 2019 with the aim to help property owners meet the demand for flexible office space and offers solutions including designing, building, and operating the co-working facilities and services.

It currently has three sites all located in London.

The provider will take a 26,000 sq ft space - half the ground floor as well as the first and second floors - at the low-carbon building Windmill Green in Manchester city centre, which is expected to open in the third quarter.

Paul Nellist, EMEA Managing Director for Hana, said they are “delighted to be coming to Manchester”.

“Windmill Green should be applauded for its focus on sustainability and social impact and makes us the perfect match.

“We look forward to providing a warm welcome to the city of Manchester in late Q3 when we officially open.”

Windmill Green was designed and developed by FORE Partnership, with an emphasis on sustainability, wellbeing and social impact.
