First Minister Mark Drakeford has told workers to keep working from home where possible - in sharp contrast to the message over the border.

º£½ÇÊÓƵ Prime minister Boris Johnson has in recent weeks urged workers to return to offices over fears about the economic impact of home-working on city centres.

Despite this, business group said they had not seen any major increase in office working.

Recent weeks has seen an increase in Covid cases with º£½ÇÊÓƵ and Welsh Governments tightening restrictions in a bid to control the rise.

Mr Drakeford made clear that urging workers back to offices when they can work from home had never been the policy of Welsh Government.

He said  he still wanted people "to work from home wherever possible".

He added: "It has never been our policy to encourage people to return to their workpalces in Wales if they can continue to work successfully from home or to work remotely.

"Many of you I know will have heard a message across our border to get back to the office.
