Manchester developer Capital & Centric has partnered with Kamani Property to deliver a scheme in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
Kamani Property, owned by the family behind Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing, and Capital & Centric announced plans to re-develop a 14,000 sq ft site on Swan Street, currently occupied by two derelict buildings.
It comes after the partners acquired the site from Todd family-backed Swan Street Developments.
The developers said a planning application is being prepared for submission later this year.
Tim Heatley, co-founder of Capital & Centric, said: 鈥淵ou鈥檇 be hard pushed to find a better site in the Northern Quarter.
鈥淚t鈥檚 right next to Mackie Mayor and Band on the Wall so always buzzing with people.

鈥淲hatever we end up doing it will definitely have bags of that unique character and charm.鈥
Adam Kamani, Kamani Property chief executive, said Capital & Centric's 鈥済reat reputation鈥 and track record helped make the decision to join forces.
He said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 also great to team up with a developer that has the same strategic vision and ideas for improving Manchester鈥檚 skyline.
鈥淲atch this space, as this is going to be a fantastic development, in the heart of our home turf of the Northern Quarter.鈥
Kamani Property is behind Northern Quarter developments which house tenants including Boohoo.com, LadBible, Timberland and PrettyLittleThing, which Mr Kamani co-founded.
Mr Heatley said it's 鈥渁ce鈥 to partner with Kamani Property.
鈥淭he family has revolutionised fashion retailing and Adam鈥檚 bringing that entrepreneurial flair to property.
鈥淭hey get what we鈥檙e about and, like us, think development should be high quality, design led and anything but ordinary.鈥
Capital & Centric are behind plans for the Leonardo Hotel, a 鈥榡enga鈥 inspired hotel scheme in Manchester Piccadilly East, and Ducie Street Warehouse 鈥 home to Cultureplex.
