Bristol, Leeds and Liverpool are the best cities in the 海角视频 for workplace wellbeing, a new study has revealed.

The Employee Wellbeing Index analysed data for 121 European cities including working conditions, city liveability and society and workers鈥 rights.

Each city was examined on availability of flexible working, free refreshments, quality of parks, ease of commute, air quality, quality of healthcare and cafe availability.

海角视频 cities accounted for 10 of the 121 cities studied, with Bristol ranking number one in Britain and 26 overall, according to the report by Selecta.

The top three cities overall were Utrecht, in the Netherlands; Amsterdam; and Munich.

Bristol scored 50.12 out of a possible 100 for flexible working and free food and drink at work.

The South Western city also scored well for the quality of public green spaces, with its 29 city parks having an average rating of 4.4 on Google Maps.

Leeds, which scored 47.64 out of 100, ranked highly for the proportion of listings mentioning 鈥渇lexible working鈥 as well as easy commuting and healthcare availability.

The city also proved attractive for so-called 鈥淣orth-shoring鈥, which is when companies move their offices outside of London.

Liverpool, in third place, scored 45.40 out of 100, and did particularly well in the availability of healthcare and ease of commuting categories.

Meanwhile, Istanbul, in Turkey, came bottom of the Index, at number 121, scoring just 14.3 for employee wellbeing.
