A Greater Manchester insurance firm has been acquired by leading independent broker Bollington Wilson.
The deal for Bolton-based Watson Laurie is an undisclosed sum, and Bollington's fourth acquisition this year, expanding its offering and strengthening its regional presence.
The deal was supported by private equity firm Inflexion, which has worked to help Bollington's expansion since 2017.聽

Watson Laurie, which manages over 拢25m in annual premiums, was founded in 1988, and its specialisms include corporate risks, property and construction.
