The nomination process for the Birmingham Sports Awards is now in full swing and we are delighted with both the volume of entries we are receiving and the sheer breadth of the talent they cover.

Award ceremonies such as these are heavily reliant on the public’s involvement and we are extremely pleased to say that the great West Midlands public are delivering in spades.

That said, we still want to hear more from you about who has impressed you over the course of the last twelve months, so get in touch and tell us all about those teams, individuals and coaches.

If there is anyone you feel has made an outstanding contribution you have until 1st your say by visiting and filling out the nomination form.

The Birmingham Sports Awards take place at Aston Villa Football Club on 18th are a great opportunity for us to celebrate many of the fantastic achievements witnessed in the West Midlands sporting community.

Aston Villa Football Club are not only hosting the event but they have also chosen to show their support by sponsoring this year’s Junior Sportsperson of the Year Award. We spoke to the Club’s
