Wednesbury-based KTC (Edibles) Ltd, the 海角视频鈥檚 largest private manufacturer and distributor of cooking oils and specialty ingredients, sponsored Birmingham Press Club鈥檚 first ever Curry Cook-Off Challenge 鈥 which saw media personality Llewela Bailey and food writers Paul Fulford and Richard McComb scoop the honours.

Coming together as 鈥淣ice and Spice,鈥 in a blind tasting they just beat off mouth-watering dishes conjured up by ITV Central duo Bob Warman, Mark Gough and guest Paul McGarrigie, and Press Club members Tony Bell and John Lamb, who thought they were on a winner by bringing in a 鈥渞inger鈥 鈥 Leo Kattou, from top Birmingham restaurant Simpson鈥檚!

The cook-off, organised by Indian chef and author Anita Sharma-James, was held at Jojolapa Restaurant, Birmingham.
