Turkish Airlines is returning as the principal sponsor of the

Established in 1933 with a fleet of only five aircraft, Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines is today a leading four-star airline with a mixed fleet of 289 aircraft (passenger and cargo) flying to 276 destinations in a staggering 110 countries around the world.

As one of the fastest growing airlines in the world today, it has received an ever-growing number of "Passenger Choice Awards" in recent years from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) which showcase the award winning service.

This year alone, Turkish Airlines has been chosen as "Best Airline in Europe" for the fifth consecutive year and awarded "Best Business Class Lounge" and "Best Business Class Lounge Dining" by Skytrax at the 2015 World Airline Awards held at the Paris Airshow last month.

The global airline won the SkyTrax Award, known as the "Passengers Choice Awards," for the "Best Airline in Southern Europe" consistently in 2009, 2010, 2011 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. This accolade speaks for itself in the travel industry and Turkish Airlines is extremely proud of these achievements.

In order to keep alive its brand equity, which provides a serious advantage in terms of competition, Turkish Airlines invests in its quality of service, in-flight entertainment systems, comfortable seats, gourmet cuisine and, perhaps most importantly, its employees.

Turkish Airlines is always on the forefront of the latest technological advances and innovations in the aviation industry and boasts one of the youngest fleets of aircraft in the industry.

As the airline expands its routes and number of aircraft, continuous training of its employees is of the utmost importance to ensure the safety of its passengers.
