Liverpool firm BioGrad Diagnostics has become the only North West-based company to be added to the Government's official list of non-NHS companies able to conduct Covid tests.
The firm, based at Liverpool Science Park, has been added to the list that only includes companies meeting the Department for Health and Social Care's required standards for providers of general Covid-19 testing, with the majority based in the south.
Listed providers must also be reviewed by 海角视频AS, the 海角视频’s National Accreditation Body, responsible for determining the technical competence and integrity of organisations such as those offering testing, calibration and certification services.
Dr Natalie Kenny, CEO of BioGrad Diagnostics, said: "I am really proud that we have been added to the Government's approved list of private providers in Covid-19 testing.

BioGrad has supplied over 200,000 Covid tests in Liverpool since the first lockdown in March. The firm also recently opened new testing clinics in Shrewsbury and Manchester to meet growing demand.
There are also plans to open further clinics in London and Birmingham.
