These are the 30 best firms to work for in Wales

Insurance giant Admiral, outsourced communications firm Moneypenny and restaurant group Hickory's Smokehouse made the list

The list of the 30 Best Companies to Work For in Wales 2021 has been announced.

The list consists of organisations who have at least 30 employees working from a Welsh post code who provided feedback during their engagement survey.

Jonathan Austin, CEO and founder of Best Companies, said: “Earning a place on a list as one of the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ’s Best Companies to Work For is an accolade like no other. It recognises commitment to employees and demonstrates that you see workplace engagement as a vital part of your organisation’s success."

Vehicle retailer Motorpoint came out top in Wales while insurance giant Admiral were seventh.

Wrexham based Moneypenny were delighted to be named sixth on the list, and were also ranked third in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ ‘Best Business services’ Best Companies survey.

Restaurant group Hickory’s Smokehouse were eighth on the list in Wales, 11th in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, and named overall ‘Best Improved’ large company in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ.
