A new luxury lodge development is about to open in East Yorkshire.
Willow Pastures Country Park is closing in on the completion of an 拢800,000 investment, having added 22 new holiday homes and a state-of-the-art reception and convenience store, featuring owners鈥 lounge.
The Mews comes four years after the initial launch of the Skirlaugh location, beyond the village garden centre and The Gardeners Country Inn by the Trans Pennine Trail. Part of the family-owned Tony Cook Ltd business, first launched in 1966 as agricultural contractors, it is now embracing the contemporary leisure demand for 海角视频 holidays, offering a fully managed holiday letting service on behalf of the owners it attracts.

Vanston Cook, managing director, said: 鈥淪ince opening in 2018, it has been a pleasure to welcome so many friendly owners to the park, from across the country. We have a great community of owners; from those enjoying their own peaceful escape to those looking for a profitable, buy-to-let investment.
鈥淚t is very exciting to be launching The Mews and to have the opportunity to welcome new owners to the park. The fantastic new shop and reception is a great facility to be offering, especially given our rural location.鈥

The new additions, sourced from East Yorkshire manufacturer Victory Leisure, feature spacious outdoor areas, with the opportunity for hot tub upgrades to make the most of the 鈥渂eautiful, countryside location鈥. The company has also worked with Willerby and Swift.
A grand opening weekend is being planned for October 21 and 22, as interested buyers are given the chance to take a tour of the development, view the lodges and explore the facilities and surrounding area.
Described as ideal for exploring the East Yorkshire coast and surrounding countryside, as a base for cycling and rambling, Mr Cook said the 鈥渟tate-of-the-art鈥 reception and store will be 鈥減roviding a warm Yorkshire welcome to guests and owners鈥. He said: 鈥淭his exciting new addition to the park includes a cosy owners鈥 lounge for catching up and relaxing. Delicious, locally-sourced produce will be available to purchase in the shop, complemented by essential groceries and freshly ground take-away coffees. This fantastic new facility allows owners and holiday-makers to relax to their rural, countryside escape whilst enjoying these modern conveniences.鈥
