Work is under way on a new development in Bristol logistics and industrial hub Avonmouth.
Rockhaven Developments is set to build 23 smaller format units, ranging between 1,500 to 4,500 sq ft in size, and with one larger detached unit of 17,000 sq ft with a secure yard at Cabot Park warehousing site.
Rockhaven previously at Cabot Park delivered two larger format buildings at Cabot Park five years ago, which are now occupied by Fire Suppression and Arnold Laver Timber.

The company said the new units would be available to let or purchase individually or combined, with delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. Alder King and Avison Young have been appointed as agents to market the units.
Emma Smith, partner at Alder King said: “Sub-5,000 sq ft units are currently the most sought-after with their provision over the last three years having been neglected. The scheme will help address this long-standing shortage of modern, well-located and well-specified space within this size range.
“Rockhaven Developments has a strong reputation for the quality of its build and we’re confident there’ll once again be a very positive reaction to its latest scheme.”
