A new manufacturing facility has opened in Longbridge.
The latest property project to complete in the south Birmingham town is Waters Corporation's new 45,000 sq ft base from where it will make scientific instruments used by chemists and analytical scientists for sectors such as food and the environment.
The new facility on Longbridge Business Park more than triples the US firm's existing West Midlands operations where it has a base in Solihull.
It also enhances the company's machining capacity to produce components for products developed and manufactured at its bases in Cheshire and Ireland.
Around 100 new jobs have been created as a result of the plant's launch.
