These are 10 of the biggest commercial property deals to have hit the North West in recent weeks.
Industry giants including The Very Group and Bensons for Beds have signed leases and made key acquisitions as the market continues its recovery from the pandemic.
The deals since our last round up include sites located all across the North West including Manchester, Liverpool and further afield.

The Very Group
The headquarters of The Very Group near Liverpool has been sold in a deal worth in the region of £40m.
Fiera Real Estate has announced the sale of its 11.5-acre Skyways House site in Speke to Corum XL, a fund managed by Corum Asset Management.

The property was offered to the market at a quoting price of £38.88m but the final sale price has remained undisclosed.
The building comprises of three units totalling 194,384 sq ft and is let to Shop Direct Home Shopping.
The building is also the head office of The Very Group, which is behind the Very.co.uk and Littlewoods brands.
Bensons for Beds
Bensons for Beds is to open eight new stores in December.
The nationwide bed and mattress retailer is opening three new stores and relocating another five into state-of-the-art premises.
The new openings mark another big step in the transformation of Bensons for Beds which restructured to become a standalone company in June 2020 after receiving new investment.
While that restructure led to the closure of around 60 stores, Bensons has now embarked on "modest growth" in its estate.

Over the last 12 months it has relocated or opened in 20 new locations and these latest pre-Christmas moves will take the total number of Bensons stores to 179.
Around 35 new stores and relocations are planned for 2022, with 15 in the first half of the year.
Humanscale
Humanscale, the designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products that improve the health and comfort of work life, has moved to Chancery Place inBrown Street, Manchester.
The company has taken 1,671 sq ft of space occupying the 12 th floor.
Patrick Kennedy, 海角视频 regional head of flexible workplace at Colliers, who advised on the letting, said: "Chancery Place provides corporate office suites of the highest quality with an unrivalled position within the city’s business core.
"Humanscale will have the added benefit of full height glazing offering panoramic views over the city skyline."

Impress
European chain of orthodontic clinics, Impress, has opened a flagship clinic in Manchester as part of its 海角视频 expansion.
Located at 3 Hardman Street in Spinningfields, the new clinic include 120 sqm in space, with two treatment rooms.
Impress also has two partner clinics, one in London Archway and one in Eccles, Manchester.
Bruce Bower, 海角视频 country manager of Impress, said: "We are extremely excited to open our new flagship clinic.
"We already have clinics in Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal, and the new clinic in Manchester will be opened simultaneously with a flagship in London.
"Over the next few months, we also plan to open flagship clinics in Leeds, Liverpool, and Birmingham, which are already well under way, as well as partner clinics in many other locations."
Material Source Studio
Material Source Studio has opened its doors, offering architects and designers in the North West the opportunity to immerse themselves in ‘beautifully useful’ products and materials.
The first of its kind in the 海角视频, the 15,000 sq ft studio is situated in the grade II-listed Hanover Building in NOMA.
Set across two levels, it features exhibits and interactive displays from more than 35 brands operating in the commercial interiors and built environment sectors.
It also includes an 80-seat theatre, a CPD area, a 300+ book library, seven meeting spaces, a co-working hub and a podcast studio.
Egis
French multinational company Egis has selected Manchester office campus Exchange Quay for its first northern base.
The news follows the announcement earlier this year that the organisation, which operates in the construction engineering and mobility services sectors, has been awarded a multi-year contract by Transport for Greater Manchester and the 10 Greater Manchester local authorities to help deliver the 海角视频’s largest Clean Air Zone.
Egis has signed an initial five-year lease term for 4,775 sq ft of offices on the third floor of Building 8 at Exchange Quay.
The new Manchester office will be predominantly made up of new recruits, with the move signalling some 60 new jobs for the region.
Wonderpol
Plastics and polymer processing business Wonderpol has moved to Moss Industrial Estate in Leigh.
The company, formerly Plastic Raw Materials, has moved its entire operation from St Helens in Merseyside to Leigh in Greater Manchester where it has taken occupancy of a 10,000 sq ft unit containing manufacturing, logistics and storage space, plus a large front and rear yard.
Wonderpol supplies a wide range of thermoplastics to the masterbatch and compounding trade and also to the wider 海角视频 plastics industry.
It also offers an industry leading toll-pulverising service, converting pellets into powder for its customers right across the 海角视频.
Manchester Arndale
Manchester Arndale has announced that luxury streetwear retailer Kick Game will be moving into a 1,662 sq ft space at the centre.
The London-based retailer was founded by sneaker enthusiast brothers Rob and David Franks in 2013.
Kick Game has capitalised on the rising demand for limited edition sneakers and streetwear and is targeting sales of £50m by the end of 2022.
Manchester Arndale will be the fifth new store it has opened in the past 12 months, after recently arriving at Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre and Birmingham’s Bullring & Grand Central, and is planning for further stores across the 海角视频 over the next two years.
Bedworld
National mattress and bedroom furniture retailer Bedworld is the latest brand to join JunctionNINE Retail Park in Warrington.
The company has signed a five-year lease and will occupy the 2,265 sq ft unit nine, which was formerly used by Carphone Warehouse.
James Maule-Ffinch, asset manager at The Derwent Group which owns JunctionNINE Retail Park, said: "With one of the longest retail park frontages in the 海角视频, JunctionNINE enjoys a very prominent location, and this has been a major draw for the wide variety of homeware and furnishing retailers at the park.
"Bedworld will make a great addition to an already strong line-up, and we welcome them to our tenant portfolio for the first time."
WISEONE
Mortgage adviser WISEONE has chosen Cumbria for its first base outside of its Manchester/Cheshire homeland.
Its directors want the new office to support its business in Cumbria and Southern Scotland and further develop its expanding client base.
WISEONE is a specialist mortgage broker offering a comprehensive mortgage advisory service to the new build sector, as well as to clients wanting to buy in the second-hand market or re-mortgage.
