Two new surveyors with decades of experience join Innes England's Derby team

New additions will help with firm's increasing workload

Two new surveyors have joined Innes England in Derby adding two decades of experience to the team.

Andy Nuttall has joined the East Midlands property consultancy as an associate director, while Oliver Taplin returns as a qualified surveyor.

An experienced property manager, Andy began his career in 2000 as a surveyor at Ednaston-based Clowes Developments and has since worked in both private practice and client-side, acting for a range of clients.

Most recently he was regional surveyor at National Car Parks, managing the operational portfolio in the South East.

He said: "I'm excited to have the opportunity to work at Innes England as they have a great reputation and are very well respected across the East Midlands."

Innes England, which has offices across the East Midlands in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, has also welcomed back former graduate Oliver Taplin into a senior role.

A Derby native, Oliver left Innes England in 2018 to join One Stop Stores Ltd where he gained experience in client-side landlord and tenant matters and completed his Assessment of Professional Competence.
