A trio of industrial buildings in the West Midlands have been sold.

Greetings House in Bescot Crescent, Walsall, has been bought by Birmingham-based real estate company Greybrooke Group which now plans to refurbish the property.

The building comprises a warehouse unit extending to nearly 80,000 sq ft over two levels, together with external yard and parking.

Unit 6 on Phoenix Business Park, in Nechells, has been bought by a private individual for their own business.

Completing the new sales is the former Abrasive Technology building, in Greenhough Road, Lichfield, bought by an unnamed private investor.

The premises extends to a total floor area of 7,625 sq ft incorporating two-storey offices to the front, with parking and a small yard.

Terms of all three deals were not disclosed. The sales were completed by Sutton Coldfield property agency Burley Browne.
