Completing the new sales is the former Abrasive Technology building, in Greenhough Road, Lichfield, bought by an unnamed private investor.

The premises extends to a total floor area of 7,625 sq ft incorporating two-storey offices to the front, with parking and a small yard.

Terms of all three deals were not disclosed. The sales were completed by Sutton Coldfield property agency Burley Browne.

Senior associate director Ben Nicholson said: "We are delighted at the results we were able to achieve for our clients.

"Investors are still very much interested in acquiring commercial buildings that represent an opportunity to generate a healthy return on investment.

"This is clearly demonstrated in the number of competing bids we have received for these three properties and the number of enquiries we regularly receive from people and companies seeking freehold investments."
