A trio of new lettings has been agreed at a Birmingham business park.
Floor covering firm Headlam Group, injection moulding business GAP Plastics and restaurant chain McDonald's have all signed long-term leases at the 70,000 sq ft Greenlight Kings Heath.
Headlam has taken a 5,500 sq ft unit, GAP Plastics has signed up for 5,400 sq ft and McDonald's will be operating a so-called 'dark kitchen', preparing food for delivery, from a 5,500 sq ft unit.
The three transactions follow the 7,298 sq ft and 5,503 sq ft lettings to joinery firm Howdens and tools and hardware retailer Screwfix respectively last year.

The park, in Warstock Road, is owned by Greenlight, a joint venture between clients of Delancey Real Estate and Coltham, and comprises a 30,000 sq ft logistics and industrial facility along with nine multi-use units.
This hat trick of new deals brings Greenlight Kings Heath to 50 per cent occupancy and follows practical completion of the park last year.
David Owens, asset management director at Delancey, said: "Greenlight Kings Heath offers flexible industrial, warehouse and trade counter space.
"Its excellent location and sustainability credentials are helping to attract a strong cohort of occupiers.
"We are pleased to welcome such an established group of names and we are in talks with several interested parties who are eager to occupy our remaining units."
Stuart Franks, a partner at Coltham, added: "The new arrivals at Greenlight Kings Heath outline the continued demand for first class industrial space in key locations.
"It is fantastic to have achieved 50 per cent of units let within a couple of months from practical completion. "We now look forward to welcoming further arrivals over the coming months."
Greenlight Kings Heath was advised by Colliers and Harris Lamb.
