Commercial property consultancy Burley Browne has won a trio of new management contracts.

The Sutton Coldfield-based agency will look after retail, office and industrial property portfolios in the region, bringing its property management rent roll to more than £3 million per year.

An existing client has instructed the company on a group of around 20 properties with a rent roll of more than £600,000, including office and retail premises in Walsall, Lichfield and Tamworth and an industrial estate in Brownhills.

In Walmley, the consultancy has been appointed by a new client to manage a parade of eight retail units and 12 long leasehold apartments at Berkeley House. Completing the hat-trick of new wins is a portfolio of ten retail units spread across Tamworth and Lichfield.

Burley Browne will be providing a full property management service including rent and service charge collection on all three portfolios, advising on asset management, acquisitions, disposals and other landlord and tenant matters.

The property management team has been bolstered by the recent arrival of Katie Mills, who joins with several years' experience from Bond Wolfe where she oversaw the management of similar mixed use portfolios.

Joint managing director James Merrick said: "We launched our property management division under three years ago with a significant investment in new software and we have enjoyed steady growth to the point where we now manage numerous portfolios of various sizes, with a combined rent roll in excess of £3 million.
