Warwickshire industrial park ready for new occupiers to move in as all 14 units snapped up before development is finished

Trident Park near Leamington which has sold out ahead of reaching practical completion

A new industrial estate in has been completed with all 14 units already sold.

Trident Park is part of the wider Tachbrook park, near Leamington Spa, which has been developed by AC Lloyd and built by Bromsgrove-based Benniman.

It is the second project completed on Tachbrook Park by Benniman and occupiers will be moving into Trident over the coming weeks.

AC Lloyd director Des Wynne said: "We are extremely pleased to have taken practical completion of Trident Park and are delighted at how the development has been finished.

"Our decision to speculatively complete Trident Park has been vindicated, with all 14 units sold.

"We are looking forward to the occupiers taking possession over the coming weeks.

"This is the latest development we have completed at Tachbrook Park and have exciting projects in the pipeline."

Tom Bromwich, from Bromwich Hardy which is one of the joint agencies at Trident Park, added: "Having pre-sold all 14 units, this gives an indication of the strength of the commercial property market in Leamington and Warwick and justified AC Lloyd's decision to speculatively build this scheme.
