Surveying practice strikes deal for office space

Anstey Horne has moved into new home in Birmingham's business district

Anstey Horne has taken office space in Newater House in Birmingham

A surveying practice has struck a deal for new office space in Birmingham.

Anstey Horne has taken 2,050 sq ft in Newater House, Newhall Street, to support its expansion plans.

Having gone from a team of five to 15 in less than two years, Anstey Horne required a workspace that could accommodate its growing operations.

The building has recently undergone refurbishment work to create new offices with breakout areas, meeting booths, communal meeting spaces, bike storage and changing rooms.

Senior director Steve Kelly said: "We have been counting down and eagerly anticipating the move after seeing Newater House as an empty shell. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result.

"The Birmingham team now has the flexibility to both focus and collaborate, with a space to welcome our clients and fulfil our growing needs.

"It is a new home we can be truly proud of and look to expand in."
