It follows a major refurbishment project at the site

A popular Stoke-on-Trent industrial park has reached full capacity after four businesses signed up to move onto the site.

Four units – totalling more than 37,000 sq ft – have now been let at Sneyd Hill Industrial Estate, in Burslem, following a major refurbishment project.

º£½ÇÊÓƵ Drivers and Logistics has signed a five-year lease on a 12,367 sq ft unit while GT Packaging, Open Space Concepts and TPSG Procurement have agreed deals for three separate warehouses which are 4,553 sq ft, 5,059 sq ft and 15,277 sq ft in size, respectively.

At the same time, City Plumbing Supplies has renewed its lease on units C5 and 6 for a further 10 years.

Becky Thomas, surveyor at Harris Lamb, oversaw the lettings on behalf of real estate agency South Street Capital.

She said: "Demand for industrial sites in North Staffordshire has been very high for the past few years, and that appetite has only heightened during the past 12 months.

"Following the departure of two occupiers at the park, South Street Capital undertook a refurbishment plan to create a new look estate, kicking off with a renovation of unit A2 to 4 which included a new roof, recladding and internal decoration and reconfiguration."

Becky added: "Further to the investment into the site, the 12,367 sq ft unit has now been let to º£½ÇÊÓƵ Drivers and Logistics on a five-year lease.
