A Staffordshire business park is now fully let for the first time after a metal supplier signed a deal on a bigger premises.
Walsall-based Offshore Stainless Supplies Ltd - which supplies stainless steel and nickel alloys to customers across the globe - has agreed a five-year lease with LCP on a new premises at Burntwood Business Park Zone 3.
The 35,891 sq ft unit – one of the largest units on the estate – will enable the 45-strong company to prepare for growth and potentially create more jobs.

The move comes after the firm - which is the largest stainless plate processor in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ - was acquired by Blackburn-based Steel Dynamics.
The deal will create a combined business with revenues of more than £35 million and more than 100 employees.
Ian Griffiths, of Offshore Stainless Supplies, said a fit-out was underway ahead of the company's move to the new site at the end of August.
He said: "We're in an excellent position to expand the business and are busy, so we were looking for a new unit for a few weeks.
"As a local business, we were keen to stay in the area for the team's sake. It's also in a good location for motorways, which is important when goods need to be shipped out to clients regularly."
Nick Bryson, asset manager at commercial property and investment company LPC, said: "We're experiencing very high demand for industrial units of all sizes at Burntwood Business Park and are receiving multiple enquiries each week. We own and manage Zone 3 and are pleased to see it is now fully let."
LCP owns 775,000 sq ft across Zones 2, 3 and 4 - with only one unit of 21,000 sq ft now available in Zone 4.
The new letting means LCP's Zone 2 and Zone 3 holdings are both fully let for the first time.
