Construction work has started on a major new residential and commercial project in Birmingham.
Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth is being led by developer Cole Waterhouse and main contractor Caddick Construction in partnership with Taurus Investment and Housing Growth Partnership.
Due for completion in spring 2027, the 182,986 sq ft Upper Trinity Street scheme will comprise 211 apartments, a public park, flexible workspace known as Makers Yard and Adderley Yard, a new venue for leisure and urban events.
