Solotech agrees deal for new º£½ÇÊÓÆµ head office

AV and lighting firm signs up for warehouse space at Blythe Valley Park

The team at Solotech º£½ÇÊÓÆµ mark the launch of its new º£½ÇÊÓÆµ head office at Connexion II, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull

The º£½ÇÊÓÆµ arm of a Canadian audio visual and lighting company is opening a new head office.

Solotech, which was established in Montreal after its founders worked on the city's hosting of the 1976 Olympics, has secured the new base at the Connexion II complex on Blythe Valley Park in Solihull. It is due to become fully operational in the coming months.

The company supplies audio, video and lighting rental stock and counts major music festivals such as Download, Isle of Wight and Reading and Leeds among its clients.

In recent years, it has expanded its operations into the corporate, worship and transportation sectors, working on projects at Tottenham Hotspur's stadium and Ascot Racecourse among others.

John Probyn, European head of business development for its live productions division, said: "This new facility gives us an operational advantage by providing efficient workflows that helps us deliver the high-quality projects that our customers have come to expect.

"This great workplace also ensures our staff have modern facilities with the highest health, safety and welfare standards."
