The Royal Liver Building has seen six new businesses move into its offices despite a "challenging climate".

CBRE's office agency team said all suites on the 10,200sq ft mezzanine floor are now fully let, with catering and events company Relish having completed an agreement to operate the ground floor café and central bar within a 4,500sq ft seating area.

The landmark Liverpool building has undergone a major repositioning programme with refurbishment now complete.

CBRE said it has secured deals with audience insight and oudoor advertising firm Open Media, food, pharma and advanced manufacturing project delivery firm SEP Professionals Services, and accountancy firm Axia Media.

That's as well as film production company Culture City and sports management and agency ISM Sports Limited also agreeing terms.

Andy Byrne, director at CBRE, said: “We are delighted to secure so many deals with leading and well established businesses for the Royal Liver Building in such a tough climate.

"Following the completion of the refurbishment, the building truly offers the best offices in the city centre with amenities to match. It’s great to welcome more companies to our growing tenant-base which includes high profile brands such as HSBC, ITV, Grant Thornton, USS and many more.”
