A Derby headquartered serviced office provider has reported full occupancy at one of its business centres despite the pressures brought on by the coronavirus crisis.

Staton Young, which is based at the Derwent Business Centre, in Clarke Street, has secured a tenant for the last remaining vacant unit at Anglesey Business Centre, in Burton.

According to the firm, since Covid-19 hit, more businesses are looking for flexible short-term leases, which is something the company can offer.

Anglesey Business Centre underwent a full refurbishment in 2016 and since then has been filling up with new tenants.

The latest arrival is Al-Hurraya Coordinator and Senior Counselling trauma specialist.

Al-Hurraya is a peer-led, culturally specific service, offering bespoke counselling and mentoring services to BAMER clients in Nottingham and Derby.

Owner Michael Dawes said: “We are extremely happy to be moving into Anglesey Business Centre and offering our services to the local BAMER communities of Burton. We look forward to the forthcoming years working here”.
