Serviced workspace specialist FigFlex Offices has launched in Hull, as part of a £1.5 million overhaul of one of the most prominent city centre buildings.
Cherry Tree Court on Ferensway - formerly a HM Revenues and Customs base - will be the fourth Ƶ location for the brand, with two more now outlined.
First revealed in May, the huge refurbishment will see upper floors marketed and open access rail operator Hull Trains also on board.

The completed ground floor of the 35,000 sq ft building is now being marketed.
FigFlex was established by leading asset and property company FI Real Estate Management, and the first northern addition follows Coventry, Gloucester and Swindon.
Watford and Peterborough are to follow.
Offices feature up to nine workstations, with co-working and breakout areas, as well as virtual office services.

The centre management team also offers in-house business development support.
A spokesperson said: “Our new offering is as much for the freelancers of Hull as it is for established businesses seeking a new flexible HQ. We know that regardless of their company size, people are increasingly looking beyond the basics when it comes to what their office delivers.
“We felt that our revitalised approach needed to be centred around advice, support and community without compromising on convenience and value for money.
