Real estate firm Savills has moved into a new, larger office in Bristol as it looks to expand its workforce.
The business has signed a new lease with landlord and developer V7 to occupy the entirety of Dock House, totalling circa 12,000 sq ft, on Welsh Back. Savills was previously based on Queens Avenue in the city.
The company's new base is a refurbished property overlooking The Floating Harbour and provides workspace across the ground and two upper floors.
Paddy Hales, head of Savills Bristol, said: “Our workplace is a reflection of our culture, ambition, and the calibre of talent we aim to attract and retain. Relocating to Dock House will assist us in our continued targets for growth of our excellent Bristol based service lines.
"The building’s quality, sustainability credentials, and central location make it an ideal environment for our team, and we’re excited to be moving into a space that supports both collaboration and innovation.”
The Savills Bristol team offers a full range of property services across commercial, development and residential specialisms.
