Santander 海角视频 has signed up to take the whole of the eighth floor at the Landmark office development in Manchester city centre.
The bank has signed an 11-year lease for the 14,012 sq ft space and will join the likes of HSBC 海角视频, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise Change Please at the building.
The deal was secured by Barings Real Estate and comes after the recent letting of the 13th floor to global business platform, Xero 海角视频 and the ninth floor to global audit, tax and consulting firm RSM 海角视频.
