RSM 海角视频 to relocate 300 Manchester staff from Spinningfields

RSM has signed a deal for the ninth floor at Barings Real Estate's Landmark office building in St Peter鈥檚 Square, Manchester

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM 海角视频 is to relocate 300 employees in Manchester from Spinningfields to St Peter’s Square.

The firm has agreed a 15-year lease on the 14,000 sq ft ninth floor at Barings Real Estate's Landmark office building.

RSM 海角视频, which has 3,660 partners and staff in 32 offices throughout the 海角视频, will join the likes of HSBC 海角视频, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise, Change Please, within the building which is also home to the Hana by Industrious Flex centre.

Ian Mayhew, managing director, 海角视频 real estate asset management at Barings, said: "RSM 海角视频 is a welcome addition to our global tenant roster at Landmark.
