A brace of new office lettings in Birmingham city centre have been agreed with four companies newly acquired by environmental and engineering firm RSK Group.

Around 150 people working for Fellows, CS2, EiB and Binnies have relocated to Lancaster House, in Newhall Street, taking a total of 4,477 sq ft of refurbished space on the fourth and fifth floors.

In addition, Copeland Wedge Associates, an existing tenant in the building and a subsidiary company of RSK Group, has signed a new lease on its third-floor offices totalling 3,292 sq ft which will commence when its current lease expires in 2025.

Other occupiers in the building include Blackhams Solicitors, Realty Law, Bell Cornwall Recruitment and Quantem Consulting.

Nigel Tripp, director of KWB Office Agency, brokered the deals on behalf of Lancaster House's landlord Custodian Property Income.

Mr Tripp said: "I'm delighted to welcome Fellows, CS2, EiB and Binnies and look forward to seeing them flourish here as part of the RSK Group."
