Offices in Liverpool's Royal Albert Dock have become available after a £250,000 refubishment programme.

CBRE Global Investors are looking for tenants for the units at Edward Pavilion, with more than 11,000 sq ft of Grade A office space available.

According to CBRE's office agency team, the renovation programme included a full strip-out of the 1980s fittings and reconfiguration of three new office suites comprising 2,045 sq ft, 1,012 sq ft and 1,044 sq ft.

The offices are based inside Edward Pavilion

That's as well as the installation of a new kitchen to each suite, new flooring, lighting, heating and electric throughout and refurbished common areas and facilities.

The work to the 19th Century restored warehouse was carried out by contractor Jennor.

Andy Byrne, associate director at CBRE, said: “We are delighted to be appointed to market the new office suites at The Royal Albert Dock which have been refurbished to a very high standard.

"The dock is an integral part of the World Heritage waterfront and has undergone a transformation to become a world class destination. The Royal Albert Dock offers a unique environment that ambitious and creative companies will be proud to work from.
