Property consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall has been appointed on one of the largest redevelopment schemes in the West Midlands.
The Birmingham-based firm has been appointed by IM Properties as employer's agent, cost manager and principal designer on the delivery of the new Wholesale Markets at The Hub in Witton.

Rider Levett Bucknall has worked with IM Properties on a number of key projects including The Hub, Birch Coppice Business Park and Solihull Business Park, parts in a £200 million deal.
Coleshill-based IM Properties acquired The Hub in 2013 and the site has capacity for more than 1.6 million sq ft of employment space.
