A Birmingham city centre office block is to undergo renovation work.

Office Principles North has been hired by landlord Blue Noble to carry out the project at Eleven Brindleyplace.

Among the planned work are a new café and event space for clients while the building's double-height reception will be configured.

The project will also include an upgrade to its cycling storage and changing facilities. The work is due to complete in the autumn.

Eleven Brindleyplace is a 110,000 sq ft, 13-storey building which sits on the western edge of Brindleyplace near Broad Street.

Nicole Steed, director of asset management at Blue Noble, said: "We're excited to progress our plans to further enhance the facilities at Eleven Brindleyplace.

"We are proud to be delivering this scheme to an already impressive building, creating outstanding and well-configured on-site amenities that provide the space and experience modern occupiers want."
