Restaurant group San Carlo to relocate º£½ÇÊÓÆµ headquarters to Manchester landmark

Restaurant group San Carlo is to relocate its º£½ÇÊÓÆµ headquarters to a landmark in Manchester city centre.

The company has signed a 10-year lease on 6,200 sq ft of space at Arkwright House in Parsonage Gardens.

Completed in 1937, Arkwright House is a grade II-listed building which was formally the headquarters of the English Sewing Cotton Company.

San Carlo's head office is currently located at Acresfield in St Ann's Square. The deal was overseen by Colliers and Avison Young who were acting on behalf of the landlord.

Marcello Distefano, managing director of San Carlo added: "I couldn’t be prouder of the San Carlo team; we may have grown to be the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ’s largest independent family-owned restaurant group with restaurants worldwide, but our team are like part of the family and It’s important to us that we all feel at home.
