A º£½ÇÊÓƵ construction company has announced a new group structure, including forming a South West arm to the business.

Red Construction Group, which has worked on projects including London hotel concept 100 Shoreditch, will now have two operating companies - Red London and Red South West.

The Red South West team will be based in Bristol and will be led by Derek Quinn, who has been appointed managing director.

Mr Quinn has 35 years' experience, most recently as executive director at Bristol-based Midas Construction.

Graham Sturge, managing director of Red Construction Group, said: "Our strong, consistent and considered growth is creating a number of exciting new opportunities for the business in and out of the capital.

“The creation of the group structure, including the launch of Red South West and the appointment of the highly regarded Derek Quinn as MD, will allow us to continue our expansion.”

Red Construction Group was founded in 2016 - and has worked on projects in the commercial and residential property sector, and on education and industrial buildings.

According to Mr Quinn, the South West arm of the company has been created to respond to the “significant need” in the region for a business such as Red.
