A recruitment agency has relocated to a new Black Country office as part of its expansion plans. The Swift Temps team is now housed at Pure Offices in Broadwell Road, Oldbury.

The firm, which was founded in 2016 by Worcestershire native Damian Lee, has nine offices across the Midlands and North West including in Coventry, Telford and Mr Lee's hometown of Redditch.

The company's Oldbury branch specialises in placing temporary and permanent workers in industrial, food, engineering and commercial positions across Birmingham, the Black Country and wider West Midlands area.

Mr Lee left his previous job in Birmingham to launch Swift, at the time using his home as collateral to fund the start of the venture.

He said: "We're delighted to open our new and improved office. We've been based in the Birmingham area for a number of years now and our office here has gone from strength to strength, helping businesses across the region to scale up their workforce as and when they need to.

"We have just come off the back of a record peak season during November and December and the West Midlands is a key growth area for us in 2023.

"While businesses across Birmingham look to combat soaring costs, we're really keen to show business leaders how working with recruitment solutions providers like Swift Temps can improve cash flow at this critical time.
