A property consultancy has announced the re-election of its managing partner as well as a senior Birmingham appointment.

Fisher German has confirmed the re-election of Andrew Bridge as managing partner who will lead the business for a further three-year term from April.

The firm has also announced that partner Duncan Bedhall, based at the firm's Birmingham office, will step into the role of senior partner from October.

Mr Bridge became managing partner in 2019 and stood uncontested for a second term.

Mr Bedhall will commence the role of senior partner for three years, succeeding Tim Shuldham who is stepping down after retiring from the partnership earlier this year.

He has more than 30 years of experience working in the property industry with specialisms in industrial and office properties, commercial property investment and strategic portfolio advice.

He joined Fisher German in 2016 following the merger of his firm, Jarvie Bedhall, with Halls (Midlands), which then went on to merge with Fisher German's Worcester-based team.
