A financial services firm has become the latest to agree a deal for space on Birmingham's £1.2 billion Paradise estate.
Quilter Cheviot, the wealth management arm of Quilter plc, is moving its 64-strong team in the city from its current home in Two Snowhill.
The practice will occupy 9,000 sq ft, representing half of the sixth floor of One Centenary Way.
Quilter Cheviot provides personalised wealth management services and this year marks its 30th anniversary in the city.
Its Birmingham office is the largest regional team across the group.

One Centenary Way was the third office building to be completed on the Paradise estate when it opened last year and counts professional services firms such as Arup, Goldman Sachs and Mills & Reeve among its tenants.
Quilter Cheviot's chief executive Andrew McGlone said: "We look forward to welcoming colleagues to our new premises at One Centenary Way which will cater for our growing Birmingham based teams.
"The office's location in the heart of the city makes it an excellent new home for Quilter Cheviot and a great space to meet with clients and intermediary partners."
Once completed, the Paradise estate will have up to eight office and leisure buildings, new public realm and The Octagon, a 49-storey apartment building which topped out in September.
Tenants already on site include businesses such as finance firms Mazars and PwC, law practice DLA Piper and hospitality venues including F1 Arcade, Albert's Schloss and Dishoom.
Two new restaurants, Cow & Sow and La Bellezza, are also opening in the coming weeks.
