A quartet of leases have been signed at a Birmingham business park.
The deals totalling more than 50,000 sq ft mean the new section of Hay Hall Business Park in Tyseley has reached full capacity.
The new tenants are Core Padel which has signed a ten-year lease for 19,399 sq ft and Together Logistics which has taken 10,340 sq ft.
Vehicle repair firm ABL 1 Touch has committed to a 15-year lease on 10,346 sq ft while a fourth deal was signed with an unnamed logistics firm for 11,953 sq ft on a five-year term.

Core Padel is due to open over the summer once fitout work is completed and the courts are ready for use.
Separately, the business park has open storage plots across five acres, with Cuboid Self Storage agreeing a five-year term for 1.2 acres, providing storage containers to local businesses and residents.
Gregory Group has also taken a one-acre plot on a ten-year lease after the landlord completed the groundworks to concrete, fence and light their site.
Hay Hall Business Park was developed and is operated by FI Real Estate Management.
