Property giant Bruntwood launches three new businesses

The property company has launched facilities management provider Unify, energy service provider Unify Energy, and CubicWorks, which will offer construction, refurbishment and fit-out services

Manchester-headquartered property giant Bruntwood has launched three new businesses, it announced today.

The property company has launched facilities management provider Unify, energy service provider Unify Energy, and CubicWorks, which will offer construction, refurbishment and fit-out services.

Directors Shan Khambata, Mark Spavin, and Mark Wright, will lead the new business.

The property company said Unify has already secured 30 new contracts and enters its first full financial year with an £8m contract value order book.

Bruntwood’s chief operating officer Richard Burgess will take on the role of chief executive of Unify.

Unify employs 350 people, 250 of which have transferred into Bruntwood from existing FM suppliers, Bruntwood said.

Chris Oglesby, Bruntwood’s chief executive, said: “We’re excited about these three disruptive new ventures and their potential to shake-up the provision of FM and contracting services right across the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ.
