The Birmingham office and 海角视频 headquarters of property consultants Rider Levett Bucknall is relocating to the city’s professional core.
Currently based at Millennium Point, RLB has taken a ten year lease on 7,250 sq ft of Grade A space at Cathedral Court on Colmore Row and will move into the new offices in June.
The building, owned by Hortons’ Estates, will be refurbished with improvements to the main entrance, ground floor reception and common areas including the third floor where RLB’s new offices will be.

“Cathedral Court’s proximity to several public transport hubs and the flexibility of the newly-refurbished space were key factors in our decision making process.”
RLB is managing its own fit-out programme, which aims to achieve a Ska Gold rating, an emerging environmental assessment method for retro-fit and refurbishment projects.
