Property consultancy CBRE has boosted its senior team with the hire of a new director.
Stuart Eustace has joined the residential and development team in its Birmingham office.
He was previously a partner in Knight Frank's regional residential capital markets team and in his new role will advise investors and developers in the private rental sector in the Midlands.

Martin Guest, managing director of CBRE in Birmingham, said: "Birmingham has a growing professional services sector, with a young population looking for high-quality homes to rent.
"As a result, there is increasing institutional investor interest in the city and the wider region."

Collingwood Rigby, the niche real estate investment and asset management practice, has strengthened its Birmingham office with a number of senior promotions.
David Burns, Robbie Mackenzie and Mark Pickersgill have joined the partnership, with Callum Wing and Rob Heald promoted to associate partner.

Consultancy Savills has added to its rural agency department with the hire of Richard Goodwin as associate director and West Midlands head.
He studied rural enterprise and land management at Harper Adams University and brings experience across the agricultural sector in the Midlands.
His role will see him acting for clients in buying and selling farms and estates.
Commercial agency Knight Frank has strengthened its Birmingham team with the appointment of Ben Farwell as graduate surveyor in its industrial agency division.
Mr Farwell studied real estate at Birmingham City University before working at property firm Place Partnership in Worcester.

Principle Estate Management has appointed property manager Melanie Hunt.
She has five years of industry experience after studying business enterprise at University College Birmingham.
In her new role, she will manage the service charges of a number of residential blocks which will include appointing and managing contractors and also study for qualifications from the Institute of Residential Property Management.
Principle was founded in 2018 and Ms Hunt is the firm's 15th member of staff.
