National property consultancy Aitchison Raffety has expanded into the South West with the opening of its first office in Bristol.

The group, which provides chartered surveyance, property management and town-planning services to clients, has taken space at the six-storey Spectrum office building on Bond Street opposite Cabot Circus shopping centre.

The company, which employs more than 100 staff across its regional centres across the country, said its news base was a “valuable” addition to its national coverage and reaffirmed its commitment to the whole region.

Richard Maden, Aitchison Raffety’s regional director for Bristol and the South West, said: ”Our Bristol office will form a hub for our growing team to collaborate and will be a focal point for the local expertise which is crucial to making well-informed decisions in the property sector.

“I look forward to welcoming clients and colleagues to our Bristol office in the coming months.”

The independent firm is headquartered in Stokenchurch in Buckinghamshire and also has offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford, Northampton, Reading, Hitchin, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes and St Albans.
