Property agency CBRE has become the latest firm to take space on Birmingham's £1.2 billion Paradise estate.

The consultancy has agreed terms for 16,500 sq ft of space on a ten-year lease in Three Chamberlain Square, the fourth office building to open at the city centre project.

CBRE's 150 staff will move in the new year from their current base in Temple Row.

The business will be joining financial services firm EY which announced in February it had signed a deal for 70,000 sq ft across the top three floors of the new building.

The ten-storey building reached practical completion at the end of May enabling teams to go in and fit out offices ready for occupation.

Will Ventham, managing director of CBRE's Birmingham office, said: "The Midlands region plays a key role across the wider CBRE º£½ÇÊÓƵ business.

"Our new Birmingham office will provide a best-in-class home, not just for our growing local team but increasingly for the firm's global network.
