Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has opened its first office in Wales. The firm, which has a º£½ÇÊÓÆµ-wide network of offices employing more than 200, has taken space at the Desg office scheme in the Pontcanna area of Cardiff.

Rhys Griffiths, who recently joined Sanderson Weatherall as partner, heads the new office. He brings with him 15 years’ experience in the local property market, having previously worked at DTZ and Cushman and Wakefield in Cardiff, as well as Monmouthshire County Council as estates management surveyor.
