A prominent former Weatherspoons pub has gone back onto the market.
The Last Plantagenet in Leicester - named after King Richard III, whose bones were found buried half a mile away - closed last September.
The Granby Street venue was sold last year by JD Wetherspoon to Friends Tavern Leicester Limited.

Now the pub and “substantial” five storey building it is in - which was previously home to a furniture store - have gone on the market with Wembley-based estate agent Glenmore Properties.
The 200 cover pub has been boarded up since the last pint was pulled nine months ago.
The details say the pub - located on the corner of Granby Street and Dover Street - is a freehold investment opportunity in a prime city centre location, with planning consent for development.
The property is described as " a substantial five storey corner property of brick construction with a painted and rendered facade housed under a flat synthetic roof."
It says "The property previously accommodated Maple & Co and operated as a furniture store before being converted into a public house in 1995."

The property has a premises licence allowing it to sell alcohol until 12.30am, Sunday to Thursday, and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
There is a commercial kitchen and disabled toilet at the rear of the ground floor, and the basement includes a manager's office and large full-height beer cellar.
Customer toilets and staff changing facilities are located on the first floor and planning permission was granted in September 2017 to convert the empty upper floors to 38 hotel bedrooms.
Wetherspoons had planned to turn disused floors above the pub into a £2.5 million 38-bedroom hotel aimed at tourists and people travelling on business.
